Great spot for a special occasion. I've been here twice in the past year. Too spendy for dining on a regular basis though. Wish I could eat here all the time! Very fun to eat at the chef's counter to see the plate up, final preparations and chat with JoJo, the chef. I'd suggest adding cushions for the bar seating. Staff called me ahead of the reservation to make sure they had details about my gluten allergy, which was much appreciated. And our server, Betsy, took great care of us that night. My husband is not vegan and he was totally satisfied with the meal and didn't leave hungry as he thought he might ; ) As I don't eat refined sugar, the dessert was overly sweet to me. Could have relied more on the natural sweetness of the apples. But I really enjoyed my experience overall and will be back again for sure. Thanks!
Absolutely incredible. Came here to celebrate my partners birthday, and it was a really great experience. I came in skeptical the price point would be worth it, but both my partner and I left very happy and set on coming back. The environment is cozy and unpretentious. Each course was beautiful, creative, and really delicious. The serving sizes were great so you leave full. There is included wine pairings with each course that were excellent, as well as NA options. There was a short schpiel before the dinner service to give context to each of the dishes and kudos to the staff and collaborators, which makes it feel more like you are at a dinner party than a restaurant. You can tell a lot of love, craft, and detail goes into the dishes and operation. Really happy something like this exists in seattle and cant wait to come back.
Amazing vegan fine dining restaurant! Reservation required but worth the wait. A little pricey but worth the price. Best vegan restaurant I’ve ever been to! Chef is passionate about his food and it shows. I absolutely love it and will be back!
We enjoyed our five course vegan tasting menu. Really appreciate Chef Peter and Chef Quinn allowing the vegetables to shine. Service was good, it was fun sitting at the counter! Only critique is that most of the dishes could have used a bit more salt. It was a fun and unique dining experience! Loved loved loved the cornbread! I would recommend :)
Beautifully presented and thoughtfully paced, this 5 course meal proved that plant-based dining can be just as luxurious and memorable as any traditional tasting menu. Each dish was creative and full of flavor! The servings were also generous! I ate ALL of it! Highly recommend! Loved sitting on the patio! The wine pairings were so fun! Even the NA drinks looked amazing! Hope to go back soon!
Great experience for anyone who loves food. The freshness of the produce and attention to detail was noticeable. Excellent and friendly service- truly the feeling of being at a dinner party. Lobster Bisque on this menu was my favorite thing, followed by the cashew cheese stuffed pepper with masa. Chef’s kiss!
Went here for a birthday dinner, the food was absolutely delicious, seasonal and locally sourced. It was also a fairly small restaurant and has only a single service per night, so it had a nice intimate vibe. The wine pairing was great, and the non alcoholic drink pairing was really thoughtful and interesting, I highly recommend trying it out.
